I had a call from the listing agent for the Sacramento Lofts. He wanted to let me know that the developer dropped the price on these condos once again. All but one of the units are priced somewhere between $449,000 and $499,000. I took a quick look at the listing history and it looks like the price reductions ranged from about $50,000 to almost $90,000! This puts most of these units at almost $200,000 below the initial asking price.
These are very attractive townhouse style condominiums in a convenient location and some of them have great city views from their rooftop patios. They’re definitely worth a look if you’re in the market for something sharp, green and convenient.
