Changes in FHA Financing

I received notice about a couple of changes to FHA financing that took hold on April 5th. The first change is regarding the up front amount due for mortgage insurance.  The upfront mortgage insurance premium is changing from 1.75% to 2.25% (based on the amount of money being borrowed).  This charge is usually tied into the loan and probably won't be felt by most borrowers.

Ticor Title puts out a weekly overview of some basic statistics that bridges the gap between RMLS’s monthly reports.  These statistics are mostly from active listings (rather than sold listings) and are more of an indicator of where the market may be heading.

Another Price Reduction at the John Ross

Auction at the John Ross

Great Goose Hollow Condo - New Price!
