Portland’s Close-in East Side
Portland’s close-in eastside has two flavors. The first is the Lloyd/Irvington area, which is thick with restaurants, businesses and a couple of medium sized towers filled with office suites. This area has great public transportation and some of the close-in eastside’s largest condo complexes.
Westside
I specialize in condo and townhouse sales in the close-in neighborhoods to provide more focus, expertise and to better serve to my clients. With that out of the way, let’s talk about the Westside. Judging by morning traffic (which isn’t that bad in Portland), downtown is where a lot of people spend their day.
